This week, host David Dubal concludes his four-part look at the career of pianist Martha Argerich with a celebration of her collaborative work. This episode features her performances with musicians including pianist Nelson Freire, violinist Gidon Kremer and cellist Mstislav Rostropovich in works by Bach, Brahms, Ravel, Chopin and many more.
Argerich, who turns 75 this year, has recently been announced a Kennedy Center honoree and has seen the release of a box set of her complete recordings for Deutsche Grammophon.
